Leadership Coaching

Coaching should produce results of higher quality and more efficiently than the individual would have otherwise been able to. This is done by applying robust adult learning frameworks, which include identifying and clarifying personal purpose, goals, and priorities, developing self-awareness and transformational leadership capabilities, and systematically working towards the goal by incorporating reflections, practices, and on-the-job assignments. Leadership coaching is a three-way partnership between the coach, the coachee, and the coachee’s organisation, working in unison to unlock potential, increase engagement and boost performance.
Maanda combines his executive leadership experience, coaching and facilitation skills, robust personal assessment tools, management consulting experience, and shared-value philosophy to help clients accelerate their leadership development and rapidly increase the performance of their teams and/or organisations. His coaching approach ensures excellent long-term performance, applying a competency-based methodology for developing self and others to be more effective and fulfilled. Maanda builds confidential, non-judging relationships with his clients (middle managers to executive leaders) based on mutual respect.
